Chicony Power reports 2025 EPS of NT$5.20
Chicony Power Technology Co., Ltd. (6412.TW) today announced its financial results for fiscal 2025.
In 2025, the company’s consolidated revenues totaled NT$34,452 million, down 7.3% YoY. Net Profit was NT$2,084 million, down 37.6% YoY, while Basic EPS reached NT$5.20.
In 4Q25, the company’s EPS came in at NT$1.17. Gross margin, operating margin, and net margin for the quarter were 16.2%, 5.0%, and 6.0%, respectively.
In addition, Chicony Power’s Board of Directors today resolved to propose a cash dividend of NT$3.70 per share for 2025. Dividend payout ratio reached 71.2%. For the past 14 years, the company’s dividend payout ratios have consistently exceeded 70%.
Last, the company also announced unaudited consolidated February sales of NT$2,121 million, down 21.7% YoY. The YoY decline in February revenue was mainly attributable to fewer working days due to the Chinese New Year holiday, particularly impacting the smart building business. For the first two months, accumulated revenues totaled NT$4,902 million, down 9.3% YoY.
