Our approach brings together four priorities: sustainable product innovation, circular economy and material management, sustainable supply chain, and customer relationships. We connect customer health and product safety with upstream material reviews, product design, manufacturing verification and customer support. The units of Research & Development, Procurement, Quality Assurance and our production sites work together to put this into practice.
We work with suppliers to trace minerals further along the supply chain. Supplier surveys and smelter records help us identify risks associated with minerals from high-risk areas and extend responsible sourcing beyond our Tier 1 suppliers.

Clients’ health and rights to safety products are part of our responsibilities. Our policies and share procedures cover banned and restricted substances, material safety assessments and product labelling. We verify product information and conduct investigations when complaints emerge. The system supports a prompt response to ensure the corrective action is worked.
